    1. This was an awesome podcast! I learned some great information about supporting a healthy life style especially for those of us struggling with adrenal fatigue. Also, I have to say that it’s makes me so happy to see a twenty-something year old understand the effects of too much technology in our society today, the value of spending time with our elders, the importance and the role that getting out in nature is to not only to our soul, but is also important to our health, and the simple pleasure of just hanging out on the porch with friends and family. I can’t help but say that part of this conversation reminded me of Ray Bradbury’s brilliant novel, “Farenheit 451”. Thanks for all you do!?
