    Frequently Asked Questions

    How many people will this plan feed?

    It’s designed for 2 to 3 people. If you are single, you can simply cut some of the recipes out or make all the food and build up your frozen food bank.

    I can’t cook. Can I do this?!

    I keep my cooking methods as simple and stupid-easy as possible while still allowing you to create delicious flavor and tasty meals that will motivate you to keep eating healthily. Sometimes the scariest part of cooking is know what to make and when. I’ve got that covered.

    Are the meals in Easy Paleo Meal Plans really paleo?

    Yes. The recipes are based on meat, seafood, and eggs; veggies and fruit; and healthy fats. That means they’re free of grains, gluten, legumes, dairy (except ghee which is optional), excess sugar, alcohol, and unhealthy industrial seed oils.

    Steph, I’m really busy. How much time do I need to do these meal plans?

    You’re going to need one big trip to the grocery store per week and one big chunk of time to do some meal prepping. That big weekly cook-up (scheduled for a weekend day) will probably take 2 to 3 hours, but it’s going to save you TONS of time in the days ahead. You’ll already have food to pull out of the fridge and freezer. You may need another 30 to 60 minutes total per day to fill out the rest of the meals. I can’t make you more minutes in the day, but I can help you prepare food more efficiently.

    You’ll save up to 10 hours a week in cooking time!

    I can’t eat certain foods because I’m on {AIP, Whole30, low FODMAP, etc}. Will this plan work for me?

    A vast majority of my recipes are already Whole30-friendly, so if you’re doing one, you can use this meal plan easily. I kept things really basic here and the recipes stick to a general paleo template. If you have a good handle on what your special diet requires, then you’ll probably be able to make substitutions and be fine, but it’s not tailored to any on specific sub-diet.

    Will you be offering video tutorials to go along with your meal plans?

    In time, yes. Right now, demand for the meal plans was so high that I’m keeping it simple to start. In the future there will the option to level-up with video tutorials and demos.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Because the product is digital and designed around a short time-frame, it’s not possible to give refunds.
